Lance Newsome is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER with over 20 years of professional experience in financial planning and is an expert in retirement planning, company 401(k) plans, and investment management.
Lance graduated from The University of West Georgia (UWG) in 1998, receiving a BBA in Finance. He was a collegiate athlete, playing football at Middle Georgia College, before attending UWG. Lance has always been a people-person who enjoys working with and helping others. He began his career as a Financial Analyst with a subsidiary of Citigroup in 1999. After working in a large global firm, Lance and his brother, John, co-founded NewCorp Wealth Management to give customized portfolio management services and highly-personalized financial advice to clients, friends, and family. Lance has created decades-long relationships with clients and their families. NewCorp's client-centric approach drives the firms' investment strategy, values, and culture.
Lance is an Atlanta native and currently lives with his daughter, Peyton, in Dunwoody. Away from the business, he enjoys golfing, staying active through his gym, watching college football, and spending time with family and friends.
